Terms and conditions for services provided

Please read our terms and conditions carefully before booking any of the services available on our website or portfolio, so there are no doubts. We understand that the customer who booked our services has read, understood, and accepted all the terms and conditions set out below.

Services

Ondas Buenas LTDA provides tourist assistance services and sells and books tours with operators authorized to operate in Buenos Aires, who are responsible for carrying out various services offered/contracted.

Your personal data will be used solely to process your purchase, as well as to issue an invoice, if requested.

The tour operator, its guides, and drivers are free to change itineraries and service details whenever they deem it necessary for safety reasons and/or due to force majeure.

For Tango shows, transportation—if included in the activity—only picks up at accommodations within the transfer area defined by the provider. Please check in advance whether the service picks you up at your accommodation, as each provider defines the possible transfer area. Passengers staying outside these neighborhoods must make their own way to the tango venue.

Some tours may be changed due to bad weather conditions, strikes, and/or public emergencies. In case of any change, we are committed to informing the customer as soon as possible.

Services with transportation included may start and end at different points, as stated in the itinerary. For services without transportation, you must go to the address at the scheduled time. You will find details and addresses in your booking confirmation. If you have any questions, contact us.

Any change requested by the customer must be made at least 48 business hours in advance and is subject to confirmation, depending on the operator’s availability.

If the customer is not at the meeting point and time stated on the voucher for the tour departure, it will be considered a no-show and there is no right to a refund of the amounts paid.

The Day Tour Colonia del Sacramento, operated by Colonia Express, does not allow refunds, cancellations, or exchanges after the voucher has been issued.

Grace Period

Tango show and tour operators – five-minute waiting grace period for the customer. If the customer is not at the meeting point and time stated on the voucher for the service departure, it will be considered a no-show and there is no right to a refund of the amounts paid.

Arrival transfers (airport to accommodation) – after the flight lands, the driver will wait for one hour at arrivals. If the customer does not show up during this period, an extra fee may be charged or it will be considered a no-show, with no right to a refund of the amounts paid.

Departure transfers (accommodation to airport) – 15-minute waiting grace period for the customer. If the customer does not show up during this period, an extra fee may be charged or it will be considered a no-show, with no right to a refund of the amounts paid.

Bookings

Bookings will only be confirmed after the customer informs us that payment has been made and after the supplier confirms availability.

It is the customer’s responsibility to correctly provide the names, documents, nationalities, accommodations, and contact phone numbers of everyone who will use the service, as well as flight numbers and times when booking arrival/departure transfer services.

To ensure ongoing communication, the contact phone numbers provided must be available during the trip/tours for WhatsApp contact, for any communications with the agency and tour operators.

Bookings must be made at least 48 hours in advance and no more than 6 months in advance, unless otherwise stated on each tour page.

Cancellation Policy

In cases of unavailability or service cancellations by the company due to force majeure, such as bad weather conditions and other events beyond our control, when rescheduling is not possible, Ondas Buenas commits to refunding the full amount paid through the same payment method used.

Partially completed services may be partially charged according to the extent to which they were carried out.

In cases of cancellation requested by the customer, the following terms, deadlines, and fees will apply:

To formalize the cancellation, the customer must send an email and/or a WhatsApp message to the consultant who assisted them, stating the reason.

Tours, food experiences, private tours, and tango shows:

Free cancellation if requested within 7 business days after purchase, provided the service is not scheduled to take place within the next 15 calendar days.

After this period and more than 15 days before the service date, 80% of the service amount will be refunded.

If the cancellation occurs less than 15 days and up to 3 days before the service date: 50% of the service amount will be refunded.

Cancellations requested within 72 hours or less before the service date will not be refunded. The same applies in case the customer does not show up on the day and time of the service.

Welcome kit, transfer, and personalized assistance:

Free cancellation if requested at least 3 business days before delivery of the contracted service.

Cancellations requested within 72 hours or less before delivery: 50% of the service amount will be refunded.

If the personalized assistance has already been provided, no amount will be refunded.

Notes:

1. Changes to dates, times, or requests to switch tours must be handled directly with Ondas Buenas via WhatsApp for negotiation and availability.

2. Inability to travel due to documentation issues, delays, or flight cancellations and/or similar situations are not considered force majeure.

3. Services are not canceled due to rain, cold, or heat.

4. In cases of extreme weather conditions, a widespread blackout, a general strike with interruption of basic services that results in the supplier canceling the service, we will contact you directly using the details provided. Tours may be rescheduled for the next available day when they can be carried out. If that is not possible due to the customer’s or the company’s availability, the local policy is to refund 100% of the amounts related to the service.

Booking Refund

The refund amount will be deposited within a maximum of 10 business days after the cancellation is confirmed by Ondas Buenas Receptivo, in accordance with the established cancellation policy. The refund will be made via bank transfer/Pix to the account provided by the customer or, in the case of credit card payment, the refund will be processed back to the card.

If your trip date changes, services may be replaced or exchanged for ones of the same value, or with the difference paid, as long as you notify us at least 72 business hours in advance. Bookings are subject to availability of spots and dates.

Booking Hours

Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Outside these hours, we will monitor emergency contacts only for requests from customers who are already in Buenos Aires.
